One of the greatest moments in anybody’s developing experience is when
he no longer tries to hide from himself but determines to get acquainted
with himself as he really is. Norman Vincent Peale
From the Preface
By doing annual inventories of how you have performed throughout the previous year, and ascertaining how it stacks up to that year’s New Year’s Resolutions, you will clarify where you are in consciousness, and in reality, on your journey toward a becoming a happy, purposeful, successful and peaceful person.
In order to maintain steady progress on your path, it is essential that you continue to change the beliefs and mind sets that created the incidents detrimental to your well being last year so you don’t repeat them in the upcoming year. Repetitive life events persist until you remove the programs creating them.
Your life is a reflection of your beliefs. You can’t experience anything you don’t believe on some level of consciousness. Change your beliefs and your life changes automatically with no effort on your part.
Making Your Mind Work for You… Instead of Against You, using the Law of Attraction in a positive way, instead of a negative way, is the easiest, most immediate and permanent way to achieve long term success in your life. With today’s advanced technology you can erase and replace….beliefs, behaviors, traits, emotions, expectations, memories, traumas, coping mechanisms and identities that are sabotaging your life.
This restructuring can be achieved using mental, emotional, spiritual, and behavioral modification tools to instantly reformat your subconscious mind and align it with your conscious mind goals.
Psychological adjustments are reflected in the body as miraculous healing events since there is only one inseparable integrated body mind system with a constant feed back loop. Healing in Consciousness in the Theta state guarantees body mind restoration since it is the subconscious mind that controls the autonomic nervous system. It is the body’s cellular memory that stores all blocked emotions, traumas, memories, illnesses, pain, and fears.
The benefit of regular body mind integration and alignment with conscious mind goals and intentions cannot be overestimated in this busy world where we seldom take time for ourselves. Have fun as you honor yourself in this special way.
Your 2012 Intentional New Year’s Resolutions
This personal growth exercise is to come from the self appreciation, self esteem, and self respect your Authentic Soul Self, the self before the programming, knows to be the truth about you; that you are made in the Image of All That Is with a divine essence of love, and any traits or identities that you think are you, are only negative programming that has nothing to do with your real self at all.
Doing personal development is a gift we give ourselves and our families.
Remember that you are creating of your life and you can stop creating any trait, circumstance, habit, or behavior whenever you decide to. Don’t get too caught up in any of your insights as you go through this process. Consciousness is light.
Knowing that everything is done in the Field of Intentionality, create your resolutions as deliberate intentions as you write them in each of these areas.
Staying in the moment and focusing your attention on your intention is often enough to manifest your goals effortlessly. The shift in the consciousness of mankind is well underway. Remember to detach from the outcome and the means to the outcome.
Do as many or as few as you feel you are ready to handle. Add space as your need it. This is a lifelong clearing process as things come up for healing. You can add to your goals throughout the year as they come to your attention.
1. List your goals and intentions for this year in each of the following areas.
Spiritual:
Mental:
Emotional:
Physical:
Behavioral:
Career:
Financial:
Relationships:
Circle the most important goal you wrote in each category…the one that once fulfilled, will make you feel like a happy, successful person of value. Go for that first.
2. Using your answers in number 1, list your beliefs about what is stopping you from accomplishing that goal. Answer with the first thing that comes to mind then later you may go back and expand on your answers.
You are now ready to do the deletion or releasement process. You may use your preferred way of releasement or the Restructuring Deletion Replacement Protocols in the addendum.
Releasement or deletion is done on anything unlike the resolutions and goals you would like to create in your life this year.
Following this assessment with the exercise in Intentional Goal Setting assures the sustained determined effort required to achieve your desired outcomes.
Congratulations for caring enough about yourself to set resolutions for change every year.
